Allegiant Global® Services Closes Deal with Integrated Site Solutions

Allegiant Global Services (Allegiant Global) completed the purchase of substantially all the assets and business of Integrated Site Solutions (ISS) of Livonia, Michigan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc.  The total value of the acquisition was undisclosed.
